The collages on this site are made by me with Microsoft Picture It! 99. It isn't a typical collage making program but actually is a photo editing program. You can make collages on it though, and it is fairly easy to get the hang of it. I have been making collages with this program for about a year now. I just recently downloaded the free evaluation version of Paint Shop Pro 7 and am planning on buying it. A few collages on this site have been made with PSP, but the majority of them were made with Microsoft Picture It.
As you're looking around, keep in mind that some of these collages are my very early attempts at making collages, so they may not be very good, but I keep them up as a way of showing my progress.
If you'd like to use any of my collages on your site or for any other reason, please email me first! I will definantly say yes, but I like to know where they are going. All I ask is that you provide a link to this site and give me credit for my collage.
